Component Design
We can offer the customer design assistance during the early stages of concept design ensuring that a first class product and mold are produced. Working together in this way means that overall project costs and modifications are kept to a minimum.
STL Models
Stereo lithography models are an essential part of any project design process. Providing both customer and toolmaker with a real life part 'in-hand' before tool manufacture starts.
Moldflow, Cooling & Stress Analysis
Studies include analysis of the following items: filling, packing, cooling, shrinkage, stress and warpage. Once complete the following information is issued : cycle time, projected process parameters, filling time, pressure distribution, clamping force requirement, molding temperatures, weld line location, air traps etc.
Gas Injection Simulation
In addition to the above analysis the simulation of gas injection can also be determined before tooling is started ensuring optimum design is achieved.
Mould design, Manufacture and Testing
Obviously the main reason our customers come to us is for the design, manufacture and testing of injection mold tools. This is our core activity and is one of the most important areas of our business. The additional services that we offer are to enhance our capabilities and provide our customer with a service tailored to meet their needs.
Component Dimensional Reports
Reports can include all dimensions on the part drawing or critical dimensions and fixing points. Reports can me made for as many parts as required by the customer.
Project Management
