Cumsa has been manufacturing plastic injection moulds since 1972. Our Barcelona based facility is at the forefront of Injection mould tool design and manufacture using the latest technology available.
Our years of experience in the plastics industry have shown the need to pull all aspects of a project together giving better product as a whole. We are capable of providing the customer with a complete range of services and multi-tool capacity through our group of associate tool rooms.
DTM CUMSA ( CUMSA's recently re-named tooling division) offers a complete plastics package from initial part design through to pre-series production runs through our association with Ascamm (Association of Catalan Moldmakers).

Standard Parts
Three decades of experience has been used in conjunction with constant research and development to be able to offer our customers new technologies in complete mould manufacture through the introduction of a specific range of standard parts for moulds.
These parts are designed to reduce the costs and lead time of mould manufacture and molding machine downtime.
CUMSA standard parts can be found in over 30 countries world-wide through our chain of distributors.
Since starting the development of this range of products in 1993, our growth has been progressive and constant, and with new projects and ideas we aim to continue this process.
